Job Name: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Consultant / Architect (Contract)
Job Description: **Position Overview:**
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant / Architect to join our team for a six-month contract. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in SFMC's suite of features and possess a strong acumen for building and optimizing marketing strategies within the platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and map customer journeys to campaigns, optimizing the user experience and campaign performance
- Design and manage preference and privacy management settings within SFMC.
- Facilitate Contact Opt-in/opt-out processes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Implement seamless integration between SFMC and Salesforce Sales Cloud using the appropriate connectors.
- Conduct audience management, segmentation, and campaign management operations within SFMC.
- Utilize Geo-targeting and Einstein engagement frequency management to enhance marketing efforts.
- Develop and refine attribution models, ensuring effective tracking of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the export of engagement data to analytical platforms for in-depth analysis.
- Create personalized marketing experiences and manage cross-channel journeys using SFMC tools such as Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Ad Studio, Journey Builder, and Mobile Studio.
- Develop and maintain a Preference Center solution within SFMC.
- Integrate SFMC with Google Analytics and Tableau to enrich data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Job Requirements: **Required Qualifications:**
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Familiarity with all listed SFMC features and capabilities, including integration with other platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build and map customer journeys and create personalized, cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is highly desirable.
- Experience integrating SFMC with Sales Cloud is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
